Everything you need to know before your stay at Boho-Bagh, Boho by the Water or BohoPad.
Are pets allowed?
Yes at Boho-Bagh and Boho by the Water, with our approval before arrival. The pet fee is $120 per pet, per stay, and we're happy to discuss a reduced rate for more than two pets. BohoPad does not allow pets.
Can we host a gathering, retreat or photo shoot?
Parties are not permitted. Small private gatherings, retreats, and photo or video shoots are welcome at Boho-Bagh and Boho by the Water with our written approval before you book, and an additional fee applies. BohoPad is not available for gatherings.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible when arranged in advance, and fees may apply.
How do we get into the home?
We send your access details on arrival day, once the previous guests and our cleaning team have left and the home is ready for you. If you book directly on our website, please complete online check-in first, including a photo ID and selfie that match the name on the payment card.
What is included?
Fresh linens and towels, coffee and a drip coffee maker, toilet paper, paper towels, and a kitchen stocked with cookware and basics, so you can shop for groceries and cook just like at home.
Can we swim or boat at Boho by the Water?
No. The water is a small neighborhood pond, and it's for catch-and-release fishing only. We provide a few fishing poles, and you're welcome to bring your own gear.
Are there cameras at the homes?
Each home has exterior security cameras that cover the entrances and driveway only, to confirm arrival, departure and guest count. There are no cameras inside, and the rest of the yard is private.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking and vaping of any kind are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. A penalty of at least $500, plus any cleaning or damage costs, applies.
Are there quiet hours?
Yes, from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please keep noise low and be kind to our neighbors at all times.
Can we rent a home for a retreat or group workday without staying overnight?
Yes. We can arrange daytime use, with or without an overnight stay, for retreats, photo shoots, workshops and small meetings. Boho by the Water and Boho-Bagh suit groups best. BohoPad is limited to 6 people because of space and parking.
How do I book, and what is the cancellation policy?
Book directly at book.sufiliving.com to pay securely and get instant confirmation. You can also find us on Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com. The cancellation policy for each home is shown on its booking page before you pay.
